Please note that refunds for digital goods such as online learning courses, downloads, or streaming content will only be issued if you have not started using or accessing the goods. Once you start using or accessing the goods, we cannot issue a refund.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
